Job Title: Accounts Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to oversee the accounting function and drive financial discipline in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, including tax laws and regulatory compliances.
  • Develop and review financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
  • Lead relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide strategic insights and support leadership in driving business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
