The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both human resource and administrative duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & HR Operations:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handle joining formalities and documentations.
- Administer attendance and leave management systems.
- Administration & Office Management:
- Oversee office administration tasks including correspondence, vendor coordination and office supplies.
- Ensure efficient functioning of workplace facilities.
- Reception & Front Desk Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and communication in a professional manner.
- Maintain a welcoming office environment at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Fresher with 0-1 year of experience in human resources or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
