
Administrative HR Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR assistant to support our people operations. As an HR assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, handling queries, and managing executive calendars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment processes, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- HR Operations: Support daily HR operations, such as maintaining employee records and handling queries.
- Calendar Management: Manage executive calendars, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Documentation: Draft emails, prepare reports, and assist with documentation.
- Meetings and Tasks: Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure task completion.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and online collaboration tools.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Commitment: Must be available to commit to a 6-month internship (students not eligible).
