Job Overview

  • The successful candidate will oversee the entire HR and Administrative functions of an organization, ensuring efficient manpower planning, statutory compliance, staff welfare, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory compliance reports (PF, ESIC, PT).
  • Assist in drafting appointment letters, experience certificates, and HR policies.
  • Conduct regular performance monitoring and appraisals.
  • Organize training sessions for technical staff and soft skills development.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise office operations, security, housekeeping, and support staff.
  • Manage travel bookings, TA/DA claims, and site visit allowances.
  • Ensure availability of essential office supplies, IT support, and utilities.
  • Coordinate documentation and filing of tenders, DPRs, and compliance records.
  • Maintain a safe working environment at project sites.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
  • Organize staff events, insurance programs, and welfare initiatives.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in HR and Admin functions, preferably in healthcare, construction, EPC, or government tender-based companies.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and GST-linked payroll is desirable.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems, and knowledge of PFMS and GeM is preferred.
  • People management and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Performance Indicators

  • Recruitment turnaround time (days to fill a position).
  • % Statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/PT returns filed on time).
  • Employee retention rate and attrition control.
  • Accuracy of payroll and TA/DA reimbursements.
  • Number of training programs conducted per quarter.
  • Timely submission of HR/Admin MIS reports.
