The Human Resources Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR information systems.
This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensures compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR information systems
- Coordinates daily HR activities
This is a full-time remote role requiring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Expertise in Benefits Administration and Training
