
HR Operations Specialist

The role of the HR Operations Specialist is to oversee day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance for APAC countries.
- Manage employee data from hire to retire, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax regulations, labour laws, and company policies.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, payroll and compliance (preferably exposure to APAC countries).
- Handled a team of 5 to 10 people for 5+ years in previous roles.
- Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.
- Effective collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
