Operational Support Specialist

The chosen candidate will work in a fast-paced environment to support the day-to-day activities of the operations team.
- Support case analysis, document verification, and database management tasks.
- Conduct thorough background verification checks for clients, adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and customer inquiries.
We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This includes interacting professionally with clients and team members.
- A degree or graduate in any field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Detailed-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
