Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development: Develop and implement new manufacturing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintenance and Support: Provide maintenance and support for existing manufacturing systems and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on project development and process improvement;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
