Lead Manufacturing Operations

We seek an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing unit.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead production activities on the shop floor for timely output.
  • Supervise job placement, material flow, and movement during fabrication and assembly.
  • Design and execute layout plans for new lines/projects including fixtures, gauges, and equipment installations.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine logs, and breakdown records.
  • Manage in-process inventory and maintain a smooth production flow.
  • Collaborate with R&D and design teams for efficient product onboarding.
  • Monitor production costs and resource utilization to meet goals.
  • Enforce strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards.
  • Promote lean manufacturing practices, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure quality benchmarks and industry certifications specific to solar structure manufacturing.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or metal fabrication.
  • Proficient in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes.
  • Solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage shop floor teams and workflows.
