Channel Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Channel Operations Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves providing operational support to our NextWave partner program by responding to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders.

You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the Global Ecosystem Operations team and cross-functional teams, such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Channel Partner Ecosystem
  • Liaising with Cross Functional Teams
  • Defining and Implementing Business Process Improvements
  • Establishing Strong Partnerships with Key Stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in managing high-volume cases using an email-based ticketing system or similar
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for all levels of the organization
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in G-suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides), ServiceNow, and SFDC (sales hygiene, reporting, maintenance)
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process and being accountable to stakeholders
