As a Partnerships Associate, you will be instrumental in developing and executing impactful partner-led marketing campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

You will define campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines, ensuring that the campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations
