The role of a Marketing Executive is crucial in the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and offline platforms.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of a campaign from strategy development to execution and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure all marketing channels are on-brand and compliant with internal and external regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing tools etc.
  • Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with B2B/B2C campaign management.
