Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in running successful ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram? We are seeking a results-driven individual to spearhead our ad campaign management for clients in the Health & Wellness and Local Service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and refine high-performing ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct thorough audience research, create lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting efforts to maximize ROI.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing ad creatives.
  • Implement A/B testing (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages) to optimize performance and deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and implement data-driven improvements to enhance campaign results.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for campaign enhancement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure continued success.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns on Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, targeting, and budget optimization strategies to drive business growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on metrics.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or local service niches.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads (a bonus).
