Campaign Manager

This role involves managing cross-functional teams and driving campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM campaigns and be able to innovate on new campaign types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of CRM journeys and automations
- Manage stakeholder relationships across different functions and geographies
- Innovate on new campaign types and improve deliverability
- Partner with technical, creative, and product managers to drive campaign success
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM campaigns in operations at high-growth companies
- Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with technical teams
- Understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends and creative excellence
