Regional Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative results in the PC area.
• Provide finance and insurance product consultation to customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage relationships with dealers and brand partners, and represent the brand in the market.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Penetrate Mercedes-Benz Financial Services India products and services within given dealer relationships.
• Qualitative parameters and process adherence.
• Ensure dealers are aware of all finance and insurance related topics and design local campaigns to support sales and finance.
Required Qualifications:
• Expert in finance and insurance products in the PC automotive sector.
• Over 5 years of experience in the automotive business or car finance field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
