Job Title : Chief AI Development Officer

About the role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Artificial Intelligence development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, with hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement AI strategies that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
  • Maintain high-quality code standards and ensure efficient deployment processes
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Hands-on experience with AI-centric libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
  • Expertise in generative models such as GANs, VAEs
  • Cloud & MLOps experience with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business stakeholders
