As CTO &, youll drive the technology roadmap, lead product development, and build scalable, secure, and AI-enabled platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, building teams, and working at the intersection of business and Responsibilities : & Product Development :

  • Lead architecture and development using Java, Python, , Angular, , and React

Native.

  • Design scalable, cloud-native systems using microservices and DevOps best practices.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus), and Infrastructure as Code & Generative Technologies :
  • Apply Prompt Engineering and Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) to enhance product capabilities.
  • Drive intelligent automation and data-driven decision-making across & SaaS Strategy :
  • Build and scale multi-tenant SaaS platforms with strong API-first and white-label capabilities.
  • Oversee product areas including CRM, ERP, Marketplace, Last-Mile Delivery, Logistics, Billing, and Public APIs.
  • Experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is important for platform architecture and data & Security :
  • Lead data engineering (ETL, data lakes, Snowflake/BigQuery) and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other standards.
  • Champion application and infrastructure security best & Execution :
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data).
  • Drive Agile product delivery, release planning, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with founders on strategy, investor relations, and business Candidate :
  • 6+ years of technology leadership in startups or high-growth environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, , Python, Angular, , and system

  • Proven work in Prompt Engineering, LLMs, or AI product development.
