Job Title: Chief Academic Officer

The Chief Academic Officer is a key leadership position in our institution, responsible for providing academic and administrative guidance to the Primary Section. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood and primary education, excellent administrative capabilities, and a passion for holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Primary Section
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning
  • Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies and co-curricular activities
  • Maintain effective communication between management, teachers, parents, and students
  • Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic excellence and discipline
  • Organize staff training, workshops, and continuous professional development programs
  • Ensure safety, well-being, and holistic growth of all students
  • Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and ensure smooth execution of school activities
  • Handle parent interactions and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Education, Child Development, English, Science, or Humanities
  • B.Ed. and M.Ed. are mandatory
  • Minimum 10-15 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role in a reputed school
  • Strong knowledge of modern teaching methodologies, child psychology, and primary school pedagogy
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to foster a positive school culture and motivate staff and students
