Chief Data Science and AI Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Data Science and AI Strategist to lead our data science and AI practice. This role involves defining and driving the strategic vision for the practice, building and leading a high-performing team of data scientists and AI experts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into broader business strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the data science and AI practice.
    • Lead a team of data scientists and AI experts in designing and delivering advanced AI/ML solutions across various domains.
    • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support as needed for key initiatives.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • 12+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in leading data science/AI teams.
    • Proven experience in setting up or leading a data science or AI practice.
    • Strong hands-on technical background in AI, ML, NLP, predictive analytics, and data engineering.
    • Experience with tools and platforms like Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, etc.
    • Strong understanding of data strategy, governance, and architecture.
    • Demonstrated success in solutioning and pre-sales engagements.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
