Strategic Transformation Lead

A high-level leadership role responsible for driving transformative AI initiatives across the pharmaceutical value chain, from drug discovery to commercialization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic expert in life sciences, providing leadership in applying Generative AI to drive business outcomes and achieve operational excellence.
  • Drive thought leadership by identifying and promoting innovative AI applications to position the organization as an industry leader.
  • Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, aligning AI solutions with long-term organizational objectives.
  • Oversee comprehensive analyses of complex business processes, designing AI-driven strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
  • Authorize and review business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses to secure executive approval for transformative AI initiatives.
Key Deliverables
  1. Create high-quality business requirements documents, process flows, and strategic roadmaps to guide enterprise-level AI implementations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, technical teams, and external partners to drive alignment on AI strategies and initiatives.
  3. Represent the organization in industry forums and partnerships to advocate for AI-driven innovation in life sciences.
  4. Collaborate with AI architects and data science leaders to define model architectures and deployment frameworks for life sciences applications.
