
Strategic Growth Manager

As a key member of the leadership team, you will work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution across teams.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants exposure to building a startup operations, strategy, hiring, fundraising, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have experience working at early-stage startups and prior professional experience handling multiple tasks/projects at once.
They should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in high-pressure situations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in ambiguity are also essential for this role.
Some of the responsibilities of this position include leading critical projects, designing scalable processes, working closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, and preparing insights to support leadership decision-making.
They will also partner with leadership to drive recruitment processes and tackle urgent or ambiguous challenges that don't have a clear owner.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead critical projects across business operations, growth, hiring, and partnerships.

- Work closely with the CEO on strategic priorities, investor updates, internal communications, and key decisions.
- Ensure alignment across teams and facilitate collaboration to move fast on high-impact initiatives.

- Partner with leadership to drive recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate engagement.
- Tackle urgent or ambiguous challenges that don't have a clear owner.
- Experience working at early-stage startups.
