
Strategic Team Manager

- Provide regular coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements:
