Job Title: Strategic Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Drive performance improvement across various metrics, including productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition.
  • Provide regular coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in team management and supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
