
Strategic Growth Lead

The Role of a Strategic Growth Lead plays a pivotal part in driving Business Advancement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and present strategic reports to senior stakeholders, including CEOs and executive teams.
- Create business cases for transformation opportunities, utilizing data-driven insights.
- Prepare key governance meeting content, quarterly performance reviews, and Board presentations, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement.
- Support the development of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications, highlighting key company achievements.
- Analyze and reconcile internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth & scale.
- Generate headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing levels, open positions, and planned transitions.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards using Power BI, identifying opportunities for automation to streamline reporting processes.
- Liaise with IT teams and vendors to coordinate reporting infrastructure updates.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support strategic planning, driving informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategy consulting, project management, or business development.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
