Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate will work closely with the Head of New Business Development to plan and execute the Marketing strategy for Marcopolo Products Pvt Ltd.
- Regularly visit existing clients to discuss project updates and share latest developments.
- Coordinate with internal manufacturing teams to ensure projects are on track.
- Identify and map new potential clients by geography and industry.
- Conduct cold calling and messaging to generate leads.
Additional Tasks:
Ensure data collection and consolidation on a daily basis; create a central repository of leads for active CRM.
Develop and execute a marketing plan for the company across online and offline platforms.
Track marketing parameters and create plans to improve performance.
