- New Business Development- Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in target industries, initiating contact through various channels and building strong relationships.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients, proposing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Client Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention and loyalty, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and gathering feedback for improvement.
- Sales and Revenue Growth- Drive the sales pipeline by meeting or exceeding targets, collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategies for promoting products and services.
- Market Research and Analysis- Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitors, providing insights to the team based on data and analysis.
- Sales Presentations and Proposals- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, articulating the value proposition effectively, creating and negotiating contracts, proposals, and pricing that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to share with management teams.
