Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - West

Job Description

Achieve sales revenue and volume targets in the West India region for a key business unit, ensuring strong relationships with top-class outlets and visibility across districts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team to achieve sales revenue & volume targets, covering numbers, availability numbers, and placement targets.
  • Appoint channel partners in gap areas, replace inactive distributors/dealers, and add new outlets.
  • Prepare coverage plans for each BDM/ABM area district wise, town wise above 50k population.
  • Enhance team performance by following established sales processes, including travel plans, product knowledge, and daily reports.
  • Monitor and improve secondary metrics in each area, implement sales force tools, and measure range selling performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven track record of sales leadership, strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
