We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Manager to join our team at Ikamate HR India Pvt.
This role is responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
