We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and build client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions across all product groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve business objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality as per agreed targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Acquire new client relationships by identifying customer needs and offering suitable banking products and services.
  • Manage existing client relationships by assessing needs, advising, structuring deals, preparing terms and conditions, and closing deals.

Communication/PR of Banking Services:

  • Undertake brand communication initiatives for designated products.
  • Communicate service positioning messages that differentiate the bank's services in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in revenue generation and achieving financial targets.
  • Expertise in acquiring and managing client relationships within the medium enterprise segment.
  • The ability to understand customer financial needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Strong skills in advising, structuring, and closing deals.
  • Experience in undertaking brand communication initiatives and service positioning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
