Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Specialist to join our team at HRFA Global Solutions LLP.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management as needed
- Utilize help desk software to track and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in English language
- Working knowledge of help desk software and databases
