About the Role

VDA Infosolutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT industry, preferably in technical support or service desk role
  • Technical certifications like MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology and problem-solving
