Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building our brand in the market, ensuring maximum spread and depth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with travel agents, driving sustainable performance of the region, sourcing and onboarding new travel agents, and meeting travel agents to provide expertise and metrics analysis.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and Relationship Management: Building strong connections with travel agents, account management, and driving performance.
  • Portfolio Management and Driving Growth: Developing business plans to achieve revenue goals, inventory management, and maintaining rate competitiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Establishing partner relationships, training travel agents, building MIS and market intelligence reports, and achieving sales plans.
  • Negotiating: Networking, deal initiation, negotiation, and closing deals with clients.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree from a reputable institution with 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, Contracting, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience in handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
