Job Title: Senior Commercial Real Estate Auditor

About the Role

Candidates will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial real estate audits, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive audits, reviews and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.
  • Analyze financial statements and evaluate internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop effective audit plans and coordinate day-to-day duties with team members.
  • Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.
