
Insurance Partnerships Manager

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering partnerships with insurance companies, driving business growth and identifying opportunities.
They will work closely with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners to develop stronger working relationships, leveraging their expertise to drive results.
This position requires a strong governance framework, including performance management and feedback mechanisms, to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Governance: Establishing and maintaining a robust governance framework, encompassing MBRs, QBRs, and Townhalls, to promote transparency and accountability.
- Performance Management: Tracking progress and building action plans around deficiencies to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partner(s) to foster closer working relationships and drive mutual benefits.
- Internal Audit: Ensuring accurate invoicing, transformation benefits delivered, and operational efficiencies and quality delivered by the vendors in line with the MSA/SOW.
- Talent Management: Designing and running training programs to enhance the skills of offshore teams, empowering them to take on new challenges and deliver exceptional results.
- Staffing and Hiring needs: Providing support for ongoing requirements and backfilling positions as and when team members leave, ensuring continuity and minimizing disruptions.
- People and Engagement: Developing and implementing rewards and recognition frameworks (R&R activities & joint calendar) to boost morale and motivation.
- Strategy and Transition Management: Supporting business identification/opportunities in the global markets related to outsourcing, feasibility analysis, and set-up to drive growth and expansion.
