Assistant Client Servicing Manager Job Description

The role of Assistant Client Servicing Manager involves leading client relationships and managing expectations and deliverables.

This includes identifying client communication needs, guiding clients on how various channels work together to create an integrated partnership, and contributing to measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Servicing: Lead the client relationship, manage expectations and deliverables, and ensure a strong partnership between the client and our team.
  • Project Management: Execute various client projects end-to-end with support from internal team members, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage multiple teams on various accounts, fostering healthy communication and work allocation while driving organizational culture, values, and vision.
  • Planning: Lead planning on various accounts for campaigns and engagements, building a strong succession plan and second line of management within your team.
  • Account Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of the account internally, coordinating with key stakeholders to meet all deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate comfort and confidence when dealing with internal and external stakeholders, effectively conveying ideas and information.
  • Team Management Skills: Ability to work with multiple people teams, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer and mentoring to drive success.
  • Domain Knowledge: Possess ample knowledge and interest in the digital domain to suggest best practices to clients and team members alike.
  • Attitude: Display an open attitude towards working with people from different walks of life, being willing to learn and apply those learnings in everyday work.
  • Problem Solving: Apply a creative problem-solving mindset to tackle everyday challenges on the accounts, driving innovative solutions.
