Job Title: Chief Operations Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned leader to oversee a large team responsible for General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Account Reconciliation. As Chief Operations Officer, you will be instrumental in driving the delivery of outsourced services F&A: R2R, ensuring customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end preparations. They will also foster career growth while promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the delivery of outsourced services F&A: R2R to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell.
  • Collaborating with global teams to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings.
  • Demonstrating expertise in R2R aspects like Inter-co accounting, Fixed Assets accounting, Bank and balance sheet recons, Month end close aspects, Accruals, amortizations, financials submission in Fin. Reporting systems etc.
  • Applying lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and transformation agenda.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a sound knowledge of R2R processes and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also possess strong problem-solving skills, be proactive, and demonstrate an ability to navigate organizational change scenarios.
