As a key member of the management team, the Administrative Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization.

  • Manage day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, facilities maintenance, and supplies procurement.
  • Coordinate with external partners for office maintenance, vendor services, and logistics support.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and meetings for employees and visitors.
  • Monitor employee attendance records, access cards, and relevant documentation.
  • Support HR and Finance teams in administrative tasks such as onboarding, asset issuance, and expense management.
  • Organize conferences, company events, and team meetings.
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation related to administrative activities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Act as liaison between management, employees, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
