Lead Operations Doctor

The Role:

MeraDoc is seeking a passionate and dynamic MBBS-qualified doctor to lead our operations. This pivotal role ensures seamless onboarding, training, scheduling, quality, and engagement for our doctor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop orientation programs for new doctors and train them effectively.
  • Oversee daily operations, including schedules, rostering, leave approvals, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular quality control sessions and gather feedback from doctors and patients to drive continuous improvement.
  • Address operational or compliance issues and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Generate daily reports and track key performance indicators and doctor performance metrics.
  • Manage month-end reconciliations and streamline payment processes.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to achieve goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Hold an MBBS qualification and be eligible and registered.
  • Have 2–5+ years of experience in operations, management, corporate healthcare, or clinical administration.
  • Demonstrate a strong operational mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in scheduling tools and analytics.
  • Be able to lead teams and manage cross-functional coordination.
  • Be adaptable, a problem-solver, and a process-oriented thinker.
