Operations Finance Lead

The Finance Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial activities of our resort, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. This individual will support leadership, contribute to business strategy, and elevate financial performance.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, drive financial growth, and make a tangible impact on the organization's success.
- Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with industry standards.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support departmental planning.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor cost controls, revenue analysis, and operational efficiencies.
- Support payroll processing and vendor payment cycles.
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with strong hospitality finance exposure.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in 4- or 5-star properties.
- Excellent knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
