Operations Team Lead

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our fast-growing operations team in Malaysia.
This role is ideal for seasoned leaders with a strong BPO background and proven expertise in driving high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities of business or technical support team members, ensuring quality support for customers.
- Manage performance excellence, drive quality service delivery, and meet Key Performance Indicator ('KPIs') expectations.
- Communicate expectations, provide timely updates, and mentor direct reports on their performance.
- Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls and conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication.
Candidate Profile:
- Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
- Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
- Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
Job Requirements:
Receives assignments in tasks-oriented terms and supervises subordinates to set priorities and complete assignments. Drives direct reports to achieve set metrics and business goals through coaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
