We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of emerging market solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product management functions in a global setup, with a passion for collaboration and stakeholder management. They will be responsible for driving strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to inform business decisions and manage products and programs effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Steering the creation and execution of product lifecycles, ensuring ownership and minimal guidance
  • Managing assigned products/programs from concept to go-live, guaranteeing seamless handovers to market-facing teams according to Mastercard standards
  • Bolstering partnerships with third-party solution providers to co-create innovative solutions that advance the product strategy
  • Collaborating with regional product and in-market teams to align products with customer expectations, conceptualizing and designing solutions to meet customers' unmet needs
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration among Studio teams and managing conflicting priorities to align all teams with product strategy
  • Crafting compelling value propositions to communicate the benefits of our products to customer-facing teams and new/existing customers in collaboration with product marketing teams

  • Ability to analyze and interpret user data, consider context, and bias to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate and convey information based on the audience
  • A knack for discovering means to improve team processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, and optimize cost & quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution experience, and handling potential uncertainties with a sense of ownership
