Product Visionary Leader

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with organizational goals, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  2. Act as a thought leader within the product management team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring seamless execution of product strategies.
  3. Drive product direction at a strategic level, focusing on critical products or highly innovative offerings that propel business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field; equivalent work experience also considered.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Experience in building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds are required.
