Product Visionary

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to bridge the gap between Product Management and Engineering teams, maximizing product value through collaborative efforts.

This role requires translating complex business needs into actionable product requirements, ensuring alignment and delivery of high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

  • Act as the primary liaison between Product Management and Engineering to ensure shared understanding of goals, priorities, and timelines.
  • Partner with the Technical Owner and Agile squad to deliver high-quality software in a predictable, iterative manner.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, Security teams, DBAs, UX Designers, Customers, and fellow Product Owners, to understand business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Shape, communicate, and uphold the product vision to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  2. Build, maintain, and continuously prioritize a product backlog aligned with the company's technical and strategic business goals.
  3. Work closely with the development squad to define Epics and User Stories that meet the Definition of Ready and ensure deliverables meet the Definition of Done post development and testing.
  4. Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within Agile software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and best practices.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, UX, and QA.
