Role:

The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of Cross-Border Services vision across all assets, including capabilities, support chain, rationalization and mutualization of assets, readiness for growth and re-usability by other programs.

  • \
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery managers, Product managers, Software engineers, User experience leads, and internal customers to define business requirements, specifications, user experience, and API strategy for platform building blocks.\
  • Develop a deep understanding of the operational characteristics of products and ensure that knowledge is replicated and shared within the team.\
  • Drive solution design with O&T/Technology teams responsible for developing each Cross-Border Services asset and perform architecture reviews to ensure alignment with standards and integrity.\
  • Prioritize backlog, decompose functional and non-functional requirements into user stories, define acceptance criteria, and accept stories and features.\
  • Produce necessary artifacts for internal customers in the larger Product community and encourage re-use of building blocks.\
  • Continuously innovate on behalf of internal and external customers, fully understand systems supporting platform products, and execute User Acceptance Test.\

  • Strong ability to operate independently and autonomously with demonstrated experience defining and building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale.\
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision making and applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams.\
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to debate product merits with business teams, architects, engineers, and designers.\
  • Demonstrated leadership in taking accountability, acting with sense of urgency, and delivering plans with passion, ambition, and aptitude.\
  • Customer focus and analytical skills are essential for this role.\
