    Role Summary
We seek a senior-level Product Visionary to own the long-term roadmap and drive ROI across business units, ensuring Salesforce and its integrations adapt to strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Ongoing evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem focusing on strategic enhancement, continuous optimization, and enterprise-wide ROI.
  • Cross-functional product roadmap development aligning Salesforce capabilities with business objectives, incorporating feedback from leadership and external advisors.
  • Collaboration with executive leaders to define needs, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for automation and innovation.
  • Translation of complex business requirements into scalable solutions working directly with technical teams and external developers.
  • Change management and stakeholder alignment efforts to ensure adoption and understanding of platform changes.
  • Design and refinement of user experiences including dashboards, reports, and workflows to elevate decision-making and reduce manual work.
  • Continuous monitoring of performance metrics to ensure measurable impact across revenue, efficiency, and engagement.
  • Staying informed of Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices to propose new capabilities.
  • Strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams ensuring technology enables business goals.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7-12 years of experience in enterprise product leadership ideally in an IT services or consulting firm.
  • Proven experience owning post-implementation product roadmaps and managing high-impact technology investments.
  • Deep functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related CRM tools.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and sales enablement ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Able to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives and deliver ROI-driven solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence without authority, collaborate across teams, and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in assessing business needs and delivering technology that accelerates performance.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst) preferred.
