Randstad Enterprise is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Engineer to join our growing team in Pune, India. You'll be part of a collaborative product engineering team developing modern, cloud-native platforms that support Randstad's talent mobility, career development, and workforce management solutions. This full-stack role focuses on building robust backend services and intuitive frontend experiences, ensuring performance, security, and usability at every step.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across backend and frontend.
  • Build secure and high-performance APIs using Java and Python.
  • Create responsive, modular user interfaces with React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to define and deliver solutions.
  • Translate complex requirements into elegant, maintainable code and user-friendly features.
  • Contribute to system architecture, participate in design discussions, and conduct code reviews.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, performance, and documentation across the stack.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience building modern web applications and services.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
  • Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django, Pandas)
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and frontend development toolchains.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, API security, and full-stack integration.
  • Expertise in building accessible and high-performance UI components.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and backend data handling.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and containerization tools like Docker.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
