Are you a strategic leader with expertise in budgeting and forecasting? We are seeking an experienced Labour Overhead (LO) Product Owner to oversee the development and maintenance of our global LO Solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership: Lead the overall LO process, set strategic goals for the LO solution, and deliver the solution twice a year. You will be responsible for gathering assumptions, validating calculations from established financialization models, and managing user-facing tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support for the global LO Solution. This includes performing hands-on coding in Python, running SQL queries, and maintaining Power BI reports.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management: Manage stakeholder relationships and lead a team of analysts. You will coordinate cycle timings with key stakeholders and manage user access and training.
  • Continuous Improvement: Oversee continuous improvement items for the LO Solution. This includes supporting and maintaining interfaces, ensuring data privacy, and updating documentation and user training materials.
  • Agile & Project Delivery: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage competing priorities and deliver a plan of action when unplanned events occur.
