We are seeking a seasoned Contract Labour Executive to lead our team in managing agreements with regular contractors.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in ensuring statutory compliance, analyzing cost implications, and managing contracts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage agreements with regular contractors, including clause analysis, management approval, legal document preparation, and mutual agreement signing.
  • Prepare contract documentation, considering annexures like work scope, rate sheets, and safety manuals.
  • E nsure all relevant statutory compliance is met.
  • Analyze new initiatives planned for the year, determining their cost implications.
  • Monitor CPI changes and analyze their impact on revisions.
  • Audit contractors' records regularly.
  • Ensure timely wage disbursement and closure reports for contract workers.
  • Process bonus payments and gratuity for contract workers.

This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
