Job Role: Contract Labour Manager

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee agreements with regular contractors, ensuring seamless operations and effective management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to negotiate clauses, and excellent communication skills to facilitate mutual understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review agreements with contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with management to obtain approval for key decisions and prepare necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure accurate representation of organizational interests.
  • Monitor statutory compliances and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Evaluate new initiatives and assess their impact on operational costs.
  • Track CPI changes and adjust budget provisions accordingly.
  • Audit contractor records to ensure timely payment for contractual workers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Possession of a relevant diploma or degree (Diploma, BLM, BCOM, BSC, BA, BCA, BSW).
