
Customer Acquisition Specialist

The primary responsibility of a credit officer is to source and train customers, ensuring they are aware of the terms and conditions of their loan. This involves running required credit checks to assess the customer's creditworthiness and identifying potential risks.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
- Collection quality (collected versus demand)
- Disbursal amount
- Insurance attachment rate
The role also requires attending customer queries and resolving them in a timely manner. Additionally, coordinating with other departments, such as accounts receivable and collections, is crucial for effective collaboration.
