Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive for Sales and Channel Development to join our team at Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our channel partner network.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand channel partner network
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to drive business growth


Requirements:


  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales and channel development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding channel partner network
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
